IT Sales Executive - multiple locations

Responsible for new business development, you will effectively coordinate all aspects of a sale from start to finish. You will work with sales and marketing teams to develop strategy for successfully selling Virtustream’s services and products. You will prepare proposals, conduct presentations to clients, negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions and partner with technical solutions teams to insure effective implementation of services and client satisfaction.

To be successful, you must have:

 
  3+ years of relevant and current experience identifying, nurturing and closing new sales opportunities
  Experience selling virtualization, storage, and/or networking solutions to an IT and business solutions audience
  Experience selling Infrastructure as a Service
  Consistent track record of exceeding quota
  Must be a strong hunter with the ability to generate leads through a variety of channels
  Must be a “closer”; experience of going beyond lead-generation and cold calling to closing the deal is required
  Exceptional Communication (verbal / writing) skills with strong relationship-building skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
  Ability to talk about the product intelligently
